WISE is a professional membership-based organization that offers:

Participant Eligibility Criteria

  • All participants must be WISE members in good standing. 
  • Mentees:  Mid-level professionals with 7-10 years industry experience. 
  • Mentors:  Senior-level professionals with a minimum of 15 years industry experience. 

Program Structure and Commitment

  • Program will kick off this Fall and run though Spring 2009 (approximately six months). 
  • Initial teleconference call to review expectations of mentor and mentee. 
  • On-site group sessions will be held at the kick-off, midpoint, and wrap-up of the program. 

      Attendance is required as these sessions are critical elements of the program. 

  • Mentor pairs are asked to meet every 4 weeks either by phone or in-person. 

Matching and Application Process

  • Online mentor program applications are available until September 18th at

  • The mentoring committee will review the applications and determine the appropriate matches. 
  • Participation is based on the quality of match. 
  • You will be contacted with an update on your application in late September.

Golf Tournament Volunteers

 

This year’s event is scheduled for October 1-5 on the beautiful Ocean Course at Half
Moon Bay Golf Links in Half Moon Bay, California. As a volunteer, you will be a part of the excitement as Half Moon Bay hosts the world’s top-20 female golfers including our defending champion Lorena Ochoa, winner’s of the four 2008 LPGA majors.

 

The tournament needs your help as a volunteer and encourages you to invite your family, friends and co-workers to join you.
